Relax-teas
Mix 2 parts valeriana officinalis, 1 part melissa officinalis, 1 part passiflora, 1 part pimpinella anisum.
Take 1 t for each cup, put hot water and let it soak 10 mn.
Put 3 g root of valeriana into 1/4 l boiling water and let it soak 10 mn.
Take 30 drops each day in a glas of warm water.
Against Depressions
Cook 1-2 t plantago ovata in 1/4 l wine, purify and drink warm.
Cook 7-10 stems of petroselinum sativum incl. leaves in 1 l wine and 1-2 T vinegar for 5 mn.
Add 50-150 g honey and let it cook another 5-7 mn. Purify and fill it hot into
sterile bottles. Drink 1-3 small glasses of it 2-3 times daily.
